About the event

Heather McLean, is the Settlement Worker in Schools at the Multicultural Association of Sussex. Heather's heartfelt mission is to assist newcomer children in seamlessly adapting to Canadian education and lifestyle.

Heather firmly believes that building bridges and nurturing mutual understanding among cultures through art and communication is the cornerstone of forging a warm and inclusive community. With enthusiasm, she is taking the lead of the Sugar Skull Workshop—a traditional element of our Day of the Dead celebration.
